In order to make an exchange you must return to us all goods within 7 days of your receipt of the goods, in its original packaging.

We are sorry there are no exchanges on sale items or for change of mind on purchase.

If you have any queries at all please do not hesitate to contact us, it is our hope that you are 100% satisfied with your order.

If your product is not the correct size then we can exchange your item but you will be responsible for the cost of the postage both to and from our warehouse.


Returns/Exchanges Process

  1. Complete the exchanges and return section on the lower part of your invoice and enclose this form with your returned merchandise. Be sure to complete all fields to ensure prompt turn around. To check if your exchange items are in stock, jump on the website and make sure your size is available. If your size is out of stock, you have a choice to go onto our waiting list and we will notify you as soon as that item becomes available, or you can request a refund.
  2. Pack all items with your invoice in a secure satchel or reuse the original packaging. If you do use the original packaging ensure you readdress the package so it’s where the goods are being sent.
  3. Post to Moeloco, PO Box 157, Dee Why, NSW, 2099, Australia. We strongly suggest you use insured registered post as Moeloco is not liable for any loss of returning parcels.
  4. Once received in our warehouse, we will inspect and process the goods within 24 – 48 hours to ensure you receive your exchange/refund as quickly as possible. We will send you an email confirming your exchange or refund, and the details as to how it is being processed.


Returns of Faulty, Inncorrect or Sub-Standard Products

Please follow the same procedures as above. However, if the products you return are faulty, incorrect or damaged in transit, we will refund you the cost of the return postage, as well as the goods and your original postage and packing charge providing there is no evidence of the goods being damaged after delivery.
